After Baking Custard Cream

A ready-to-use custard cream, ideal for filling large baked products, croissants and small pastries. By adding your own flavouring pastes such as “Zabaglione”, almond, coffee, etc., the traditional taste of a homemade custard cream – with its smooth, silky texture – will allow you to create Chantilly cream or more classic versions. Suitable for parfaits, soft at -15 °C. This product is excellent for chocolate preparations as well as filling cream puffs and “cannoncini” (cream horn pastries).
